The Dragon Boat Festival is held at Sloans Lake in Denver, Colorado each summer. With a beautiful Denver skyline backdrop, large crowds show up for this popular event. The festival celebrates Denver's many thriving Asian Pacific American communities, from Japanese and Chinese to Laotian and Vietnamese, Filipino to Indian, with a Marketplace, Performing Arts Stage and the unique, thrilling athletic competition of Dragon Boat Racing!
